Call History, Playground, and CRM in PULSO

What's new:

PULSO

  • Call history is now available in Console — filter by scenario, phone number, and date; open any call in a side panel for details.
  • Playground for testing scenarios directly in Console: pick an organisation and scenario, preview the assembled prompt, and run a voice or text session with the agent without spending call limits.
  • CRM integration for inbound calls: Console queries your CRM at call time and passes the data to the agent for a personalised response.
  • Inbound calls: the agent now speaks the greeting first as soon as the call is connected.
  • Scenario prompt limit expanded to 32,000 Unicode code points.
  • The agent recognises end-of-speech faster — conversations feel more natural.
  • Completed call results are stored and shown in call history alongside scenario labels.
  • Improvements to call recording reliability and inbound call handling.
  • Stabilisation of call data delivery to Console.
  • Improvements to outbound call stability.

Console

  • The Agents section has its own header, scenario pages, and a dedicated call history tab styled like SENSO dashboards.
  • Scenario editor: fork the active version for edits, full version history, and the prompt budget shown matches what is actually enforced.
  • Scenario prompt budget in the editor raised to 14,000 characters — CRM values are no longer truncated.
  • CRM connections and operations management is available in Console.
  • Sidebar is now grouped by product — sections for products not in your plan are not shown.
  • Subscriptions: cancelled plans appear in a separate ended group with a no-charges label; unknown statuses no longer appear as active.
  • API key management: revoked keys are retained but hidden from the main list; revoking an already-revoked key no longer returns an error.
  • Checklist UI: the delete-blocker dialog now offers an archive action directly.
  • Improvements to upload stability and file processing reliability.

SENSO

  • Improvements to audio processing reliability and service stability.
  • Stabilisation of failed event handling.
